The latest Elon Musk Innovation:

Elon Musk has revealed the Tesla Model S Plaid!

Tesla finally held the long-awaited, and once rescheduled, “delivery event” for its ultra-fast Model S Plaid at its factory in Fremont, California. The electric vehicle company will begin with 25 deliveries on Friday evening, expanding to several hundred cars per week and a thousand cars per week in the next quarter, CEO Elon Musk said at the event.

The newest iteration of the Model S features a new battery pack design, produces 1,020 horsepower, has an improved heat pump, and so much more.

Life Changing Technology:

Last week when we commemorated World Environmental Day, we touched on factors that could help save our planet through technology, and this week; we look at innovative tech that changes the lives of people for the better.

At Wildwood School in Schenectady, a new technology that helps to bridge the communication gap is becoming more accessible.

Kids with autism make up the majority of the student body at Wildwood. Given their developmental disability, with many unable to verbalize, they need extra support to communicate. From picture books to communication boards, a “go talk,” switches, and IPads—they’re all used.

The Reddit and global news sites including FT, New York Times and Bloomberg outage:

Reddit and global news websites including the Financial Times, New York Times and Bloomberg experienced intermittent outages this past Tuesday morning (08 June 2021), with some users unable to access the sites.

Some visitors to the websites in the U.K. and U.S. received the message “Error 503 Service Unavailable.”

However, that’s not all. Some major social media apps and online stores were also affected.
