Senior Program Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to join an Enterprise Data Services team in Brooklyn, NY. Program Managers build trusted, long-term relationships with the customers to provide ongoing service. Must understand customer requirements and business objectives; aligning the portfolio roadmap to business cases to ensure success.
This role requires a mix of account management, customer relationship management and product knowledge of the Portfolio. Reporting to the Associate Director within the Program Management group, you are self-driven and passionate about working closely with customers, building relationships with them and helping them achieve their business goals by overcoming their data challenges.

Job Responsibilities include:
Building and maintain strong relationships with new and current key customers across the business units, addressing their data and technical needs as well as finding opportunities for expanding the current customer base
Day-to-day program management including planning, monitoring, oversight of program execution and interdependencies, managing funding/budget, Identifying and addressing issues and risks, aligning or realigning deliverables with program outcomes
Understanding the needs and goals of potential customers, utilizing that feedback to introduce new, or evolve existing, products and services
Driving successful adoption and usage of Products
Managing customer expectations and leading them to customer satisfaction
Ensuring all product deliverables are of the highest quality and standard, on time, and fulfil customers’ requirements
Tracking and communicating key portfolio success metrics aligned with wide Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
Understanding, tracking and communicating the value of the product portfolio
Communicating progress to both internal and external stakeholders
Taking initiative in identifying growth opportunities
Consistent collaboration with team leads to achieve sustainable growth
Analyzing prospects’ business, data, and technical requirements and providing solutions that meet those needs, partnering with Product and Delivery Management on prioritizing Product backlog
Education:
BA or BS degree in computer science, data management or engineering
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
Qualifications:
A proven track record (8-10+ years) of technical account management, project management, technical sales and/or consultancy (experience in a large corporate environment preferred)
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects
Strong technical and product knowledge
A good listener with great interpersonal and communication skills who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team player
Understanding of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
Experience leading and thriving in a dynamic, collaborative, cross-disciplinary and geographically dispersed environment
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly and appropriately handle sensitive information
Solid ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and influence outcomes both internally and with business unit stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business priorities and a strong work ethic.

Typically Requires
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
